For fastest processing and a prompt refund:

• Send us an email letting us know you are returning a System and indicate your reason for returning it.
• Send us a copy of your Dealer License.
• Included a copy of the Bill of Sale on your first vehicle.
• Include the packing slip or your information.
• Rewrap the System in its original packaging (or better) for return shipment.
• Insure the package for the cost of the System.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned System. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase in two to three weeks from our receipt of your return.
